Just B sold and Kaiser back on the market, October 2026
Our market review recorded 18 sales, 36 new listings and 44 price reductions for yachts of 30 metres and over in October 2026. The sale of Just B and the return of Kaiser to the market marked the month.
Laurel. Her asking price came down by $10.5 million. She is for sale with IYC.
Kaiser. She is offered for sale with Fraser.
Just B. SuperYachtsMonaco brokered the sale and Luxury Charter Group represented the buyer. Her last asking price was €24.5 million.
Andromeda La Dea. Edmiston brokered the sale and also represented the buyer. Her last asking price was €24.95 million.
New listings ran well ahead of sales, and the number of price reductions suggests that asking prices are adjusting.
