When you contact us (via WhatsApp, email or phone, using the links on this site), we receive whatever you choose to tell us: your name, your contact details and the content of your message, including the yacht and dates involved, where relevant.

No forms, no advertising cookies, no commercial trackers.

The site measures its own audience with an in-house tool: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, where the visit came from, device and country. This measurement sets no cookie, stores no IP address and follows you on no other site. The visit identifier is erased as soon as the tab is closed. The data is hosted in Europe and deleted after thirteen months.

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and to handle the commercial follow-up that comes with it. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we never sell it to anyone.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message passes through the WhatsApp service (Meta), which is governed by its own privacy policy. Apart from hosting, the site uses no processor that handles your data for its own purposes.

We keep your data for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, then for no more than three years from our last contact, after which it is deleted.

This site uses no cookies at all, neither for advertising nor for measurement. Its in-house audience measurement relies on a temporary visit identifier, erased when the tab is closed, with no IP address and no tracking across sites. It falls under the exemption the French data protection authority grants to audience measurement, which is why there is no consent banner. To opt out, just write to us.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access to your personal data, together with the rights to rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise them, write to us at info@groupeatalante.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
