The 53-metre Alloy Yachts ketch is completing a full refit. She is getting new standing rigging on her Marten carbon masts and booms, and new paint on hull and superstructure.
She arrives in Cannes in early October.

What owners ask us.
With a meeting where we write down what the yacht has to do. Until that brief exists, no yard can price anything.
The owner decides the brief, the budget and the yard. We prepare every decision; we do not take it for the owner.
It depends on the yard and the scope of work. The schedule is agreed with the yard before signature, milestone by milestone. It is the reference from then on.
The contract sets out what is due if delivery slips. Supervision exists precisely to see the slippage coming: a milestone that slips is dealt with at the yard, not on delivery day.
You receive a progress report after each visit to the yard. Change orders are put to you before any work starts.
A major refit is not always reflected in the resale price. We price the work and compare it with the market before the yacht goes into the yard.
The yacht comes under management and your points of contact stay the same. We handle the technical side and the crew. Safety and compliance also fall to us, along with accounts and insurance.
After delivery
You keep the same team when the yacht leaves the yard.
We then look after the technical side, the crew and the accounts.
