Drumbeat has left the yard. The 53-metre ketch, built by Alloy Yachts in 2002 to a Dubois design, completes her 2026 refit with a new rig on her Marten carbon spars and fresh paint.
A refit on this scale changes the picture for a buyer: the yacht presents ready to sail, with no yard period to budget for. In the same ownership since 2007, in class with Lloyd's Register, with an 8,000-nautical-mile range at 10 knots, Drumbeat remains one of the most accomplished voyaging sailing yachts of her generation.
